A youth care program designed to provide intensive treatment services for children between the ages of 11 and 18 who are emotionally disturbed and developmentally delayed. CYFS also provides intensive family serivces, counseling services, parent education,and after care services. Northwest Passage is a therapeutic wilderness excursion for at-risk youth. CYFS services include an alternative school and Chehalem Community Counseling Center, Supervised Parenting and Child Transfer, as well as Family Decision Meetings.

Faith in Action recruits and trains volunteers to help older adults who live with chronic health conditions with things they can no longer do for themselves. Volunteers provide transportation to the doctor, build wheel chair ramps, install safety grab bars, check smoke detectors, and replace light bulbs.
