As an independent, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, United Way of the Mid-Willamette Valley does not receive government funds or financial support from the United Way of America. We rely on generous donations from our community, corporate sponsorships, and small foundation grants to fund the local critical health and human services.

United Way of the Mid-Willamette Valley is governed by a Board of Directors, who live and work locally. Our volunteer board members have the skills and knowledge to ensure sound decision making for our community. They represent our donors regarding policies, funding, and strategic planning.

These local community volunteers are dedicated to serving the people of our region and we are fortunate to have them in this leadership role.
